Louisiana Derby

Makes 1

Ingredients
0.5-oz grenadine (1 Tbsp)
1 pony Herbsaint (1-oz)
1/2-glass of broken ice
Seltzer (club soda)

Preparation

Add first three ingredients to a small glass; stir slowly and fizz with seltzer until  glass is full.

Bacardi® Tropical Punch

Serves 10 twice

Ingredients
1 (46-oz) can Hawaiian Punch Fruit Juicy Red
1 (6-oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6-oz) can frozen lemonade or limeade concentrate
1-QT Bacardi® light or dark rum

Garnish:
Fresh strawberries
Fresh oranges
Fresh lemons
Fresh limes

Preparation

At least 4 to 6 hours before serving, mix all ingredients and chill.

Pour punch over block of ice in a punch bowl. Float strawberries and thin slices of fruit on top.
