Makes 1-QT for serving 16 cocktails

Ingredients
28.0-oz (3.5 cups) bonded bourbon whiskey
3.0-oz (0.75 cup/ 6 Tbsp) sugar syrup
0.5-oz (1 Tbsp) Peychaund's Bitters
1 lemon peel

Preparation
Shake well and serve cool.
