Ingredients
1.5-oz Patron tequila
1.0-oz Triple Sec
0.5 Apple Pucker Schnapps
2.0-oz Sour Mix
Dash lime juice

Garnish:
Lime wedge for the glass
Kosher salt for the glass
Lime wedge


Preparation
Rim a Margarita glass with salt. In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake well. Pour over ice in the prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge and serve.

Spicy Buffalo Mary


Spicy Buffalo Mary
Tabasco - 2012
Makes 6
Ingredients
4 cups tomato juice
12-oz (1.5 cups) vodka
4 Tbsp Tabasco® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce
4 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Garnish:
6 stalks celery, trimmed
6 blue cheese-stuffed olives


Preparation
In a 2-QT pitcher, combine all of the ingredients; stir well. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with celery and blue cheese-stuffed olives.

Variation(s): 
Mix 2-parts mild lager to 1-part prepared Spicy Buffalo Mary.

1/4 cup Bourbon
2 Tbsp sorghum syrup, cane syrup, molasses or honey
1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp ground mace
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
10-ozs vanilla wafers (about 60)
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

28.0-oz (3.5 cups) bonded bourbon whiskey
3.0-oz (0.75 cup/ 6 Tbsp) sugar syrup

Bloody Mary: Sriracha

Sriracha sauce, an Asian condiment, spices up these Bloody Mary recipes rather than Tabasco. Sriracha is thicker and not quite as hot as Louisiana-style hot sauces like Tabasco and Frank's RedHot. 




Sriracha Bloody Mary

Makes 4
Ingredients
1 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp horseradish
24.0-oz (3 cups) V8 Juice
1 tsp Sriracha Sauce aka "Rooster Sauce"
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
6.0-oz (3/4 cup) vodka

Garnish:
Celery stalks or
Pickled asparagus or green beans

Preparation
In a large pitcher, mix all ingredients. Fill a cocktail shaker half-way with ice and pour over a single serving; cap and shake well. Repeat for each serving.

Garnish with the vegetables of your choice.

Irish Eggnog

Irish Coffee Eggnog Punch
Makes about 9.5 cups
Ingredients
2 (1-QT) cartons eggnog
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp instant coffee granules
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
8.0-ozs (1 cup) Irish whiskey
1-QT coffee-flavored ice cream, softened


Preparation
A day or two before serving, combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at Low speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in Irish whiskey. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. 

Just before serving, pour eggnog mixture into a punch bowl and top with scoops of ice cream.




Irish Eggnog
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
2 eggs
2.00-oz (1/4 cup) Irish cream liqueur
0.50-oz (1 Tbsp) Irish whiskey
32.0-oz (1-QT/ 4 cups) whole milk

Garnish:
Freshly grated nutmeg
6 (4-inch) cinnamon sticks


Preparation
In a punch bowl, whisk eggs, Irish cream liqueur and Irish whiskey until smooth. In a saucepan, bring whole milk to a boil; pour over the egg mixture, stirring to mix well. Serve in mugs; sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

Ingredients
1 (46.0-oz) can vegetable juice
2 (14.5-oz each) cans beef broth
0.5-oz (1 Tbsp) steak sauce
2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt


Preparation
In a 3-QT container, combine all of the ingredients; stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight for the flavors to blend.

Just before serving, and in a large saucepan, heat drink mixture until hot.

Serve in a mug, plain, or add 1.5-oz vodka to each 8.0-oz serving of the hot drink mixture.

Winter Bloody Mary

Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
2.0-oz regular or pepper-flavored vodka
1.0-oz Shooting Sherry or Harvey's Bristol Cream
0.5-oz fresh orange juice
Ice cubes
6.0-oz Clamato juice

Garnish:
Orange slice


Preparation
Pour the vodka, Sherry and orange juice into a highball glass; fill with ice cubes. Pour in the Clamato juice and stir well. Garnish the glass with the orange slice and serve at once.

Into a tall tapering straight-sided wine glass with large ice cubes, pour the liqueurs. Add the club soda and serve.

1.50-oz Ketel One Citroen
